Create an AI email template

Set the reusable goal, tone, subject, and talking points for personalized drafts.

Open Email Templates

Open Email Templates

Go to Settings and select Email Templates.

Create a template

Select Create Template to open the template form.

Create Template form with name, subject, AI brief, key points, and tone fields
Follow the animated cursor to “AI brief”.

Describe the message

Add a template name, subject, AI brief, key points, and tone. Mark it as default if appropriate.

Preview before using

After saving, select Preview, choose a revealed contact, and select Generate Preview.
