Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Courier Lead Gen (the “Service”), operated by Courier Lead Gen (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Courier Lead Gen is a B2B lead-generation platform that helps courier and logistics businesses discover companies, enrich contact information, and manage email outreach from their own connected accounts. Access to lead generation and outreach features requires an active paid subscription.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor. Your lead quota resets each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not, except as described in the Refund Policy below, refund the current period.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 48-hour refund policy. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 48 hours of that charge by contacting support@scaleyourbackend.com. Refund requests made after 48 hours of a charge are not eligible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and data-protection regulations (such as the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR where applicable). You are solely responsible for the content of your outreach and for obtaining any consent required to contact recipients. You may not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (including email, search, and enrichment APIs). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their respective terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Data & Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate, and you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of generated leads or the results of any outreach. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
